To reduce the risk and spread of Coronavirus the practice is dealing with all appointments via our triage system. We are not making any routine appointments at present. If the Clinician requires to see you face to face this will be arranged, please do not turn up early for your appointment this is so that we can limit the amount of time you spend in the health centre, your temperature will be taken before you are asked to make your way into the waiting room (if your temperature is 38 degrees or above you will be asked to go home, this is to ensure that we reduced the risk of spreading Coronavirus). Please can you wear a face mask or a scarf to cover your mouth and nose while you are in the health centre.
A GP may ask you if they can use video consultation to assess your symptoms. THIS IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (please use Chrome Browser)
Patients are requested to telephone before 11am if a visit is required on that day.
Only emergency visits will be accepted after 11am.
Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the surgery for the time it takes to do one home visit. Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
