Appointments can be made by telephoning 01333 432588 or by coming into the Health Centre.  If your reason for requiring to see a Clinician cannot wait for a routine appointment we will offer you a triage appointment where a Clinician will contact you that day (if triage appointment is booked before 3pm) to assess the most appropriate management for you.  The receptionist will enquire the reason for your appointment so our Clinician can prioritise our triage list.

Appointments During COVID-19

To reduce the risk and spread of Coronavirus the practice is dealing with all appointments via our triage system.  We are not making any routine appointments at present.  If the Clinician requires to see you face to face this will be arranged, please do not turn up early for your appointment this is  so that we can limit the amount of time you spend in the health centre, your temperature will be taken before you are asked to make your way into the waiting room (if your temperature is 38 degrees or above you will be asked to go home, this is to ensure that we reduced the risk of spreading Coronavirus).  Please can you wear a face mask or a scarf to cover your mouth and nose while you are in the health centre.

A GP may ask you if they can use video consultation to assess your symptoms.  THIS IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (please use Chrome Browser)
