Appointments

Appointments can be made by telephoning 01333 432588 or by coming into the Health Centre.  If your reason for requiring to see a Clinician cannot wait for a routine appointment we will offer you a triage appointment where a Clinician will contact you that day (if triage appointment is booked before 3pm) to assess the most appropriate management for you.  The receptionist will enquire the reason for your appointment so our Clinician can prioritise our triage list.

Patients should be aware that each person requiring to be seen requires a separate appointment.

Please also show consideration to other users of the service by informing the reception staff if an appointment cannot be kept so that it can be offered to someone else.

Patients over the age of 16 years and under the age of 75 years who have not consulted a doctor or attended a nurse led clinic within the past three years are entitled to request a consultation for a routine check-up.

Patients over the age of 75 years who have not consulted a doctor or attended a nurse led clinic within one year are similarly entitled to request a consultation.
